Portobello mushrooms - good??

Couldn't find the caloric info on these... if you ever go to a high end steakhouse one of the better side dishes you can order is grilled portobello mushrooms. I shit you not they taste like steak when done properly, and I've found out how to do it well at home... grill them with a tiny bit of olive oil and lemon juice, just a pinch of salt and some fresh ground pepper.

I could almost replace meat with this if I were a vegetarian weirdo. I think this is healthy, but I'm not sure. Could someone point me to where I can find out?

Tons of ways to make them taste incredible. Here's the nutrition facts:

mushrooms as a general rule are good to go: lots of water, low cals, fibrous carbs. And they are filling!!! A cutter's choice
