crush a ton of spicy ones, use 2 eggs and some milk for a batter..........take chicken breast, dip in the egg wash, then roll in the spicy crushed pork skins.......
Bake until done.................damn near fried chicken, and all no carbs...................for low "carbers", it's wonderful.
Far from shit food if one is in need of fats and needs to satisfy that low carb crunch. Beats the shit out of grabbing chips and screwing it all up. Like anything, it has it's place, but cannot be dubbed "shit food" or any one classification.
