What is your post workout shake or meal?? List them here. I think we could all use some good ideas. Try to list some specifics too, not just "...protein, carbs...". List what kinds of protein and carbs. I usually within an hour of working out, take in 50 grams of Isopure protein mixed with water, 2 slices of grain bread, and a spoonful of sugar in the shake. Sometimes I'll throw some creatine in the shake.
 
since i cant have anymore supplements anymore due to major stomach problems i eat

1 can tuna with mayo 37.5g of protein
1 cup grape juice 40g of carbs

sometimes some peanut butter
 
One Myoplex, 1 scoop of whey (72 grams of protein)
half a banana and 6 frozen strawberries
1 cup of skim milk and water
5 grams of creatine
1 table spoon of Metamucil
 
Chocolate Met-RX shake with enough milk so that it goes down easy, maybe a banana. Then i have some chicken or other meat soon as i can force it down, the metrx shakes hit the stomach like a brick
 
creatine before workout 9 grams w/ about 40 egg protein, post:9 grams of creatine w/simple carbs, 50 whey protein.
