PoBOX question...

I know that if you are expecting a package thats too big for your PoBox they leave it behind the counter...

but...

Will they leave a slip in my box that I bring to the counter to retrieve my package? (similar to when you have to sign for something, and they leave a slip in your mailbox)

or

Do I have to actually go up to the counter and ask if they have anything for me?

Mine has large lockers....they leave you a key and you can retrieve it anytime

Yeah US boxes leave a slip you give it to the postmaster he"ll ask your box # and you tell him. You have your package and are out the door simple enough.
