Ok, if i was doing a WS type program, and my split was like this:
Monday - ME squat
Tuesday - ME bench

Thursday - DE squat
Friday - DE bench

would it be ok to throw plyo's and a few sprints in there on wednesdays?

I like to do plyos on speed day. Sure, you can do them as extra work on non training days, or as 2nd workouts, but watch out for the overtraining/under-recovering factor. I like to use oly lifts/plyos on speed day because they just seem to go with the speed training and CNS recruitment work.

Sprints are great for conditioning, but you may find that they inhibit your max squat, and once again, your ability to totally recover.

Alot of this depends on your current level of conditioning.

Well my level of conditioning is prety good, I've been 'training' for years, lifting intelligently for about 1 1/2, martial arts for 5, and I've always been into sports. So i think im good in that department. And, if you do plyo's and oly's(which i need to start doing as well) on speed days, where do you incorporate them? Since i dont want to be lifting for more than 60 mins, I dont think i could fit those in there, but maybe i could do them like 2 hours after im done lifting or something?
