Here's my diet I'm currently on any suggestions or input would be appreciated.

Stats

6'2"
215 lb
BF Roughly 10-12%

Looking to cut Up a bit more for summer, I'm currently running 500 mg/wk Test, 75 mg ED Tren, 120mcg T3, 120 mcg Clen.

SUPPS- ALA, Multi VItamin, Milk Thistle, glutamine.

1 scoop Whey-20g P
1 Can Tuna-32g P
1 TB Olive Oil/Flax- 15g F

10:00 AM
2 scoop whey-40g P

12:00 PM
½ cup oatmeal-30g C
1 Can Tuna-32g P
1 scoop Whey-20g P

3:30 PM
2 Scoop Whey-40g P

4:00 PM Workout


6:00 PM Post Workout

I throw in veggies throughout the day also, and am drinking around 3 gallons of water ED(Construction).

Workout 4 days a week, cardio 6 days a week
 
I think your fats are a bit too low

get some fish oils in (have some with your whey or eat some tinned salmon at 7pm instead of tuna)

otherwise i think it looks good
