DO NOT except any files from AIM, ICQ or programs like these or a macros enabled email addy - that are not absolutely postive of as to safety.

And for love of... If don't already have a firewall - get one.


Oh one more thing - if your eliftefitness mail password is the same as your log in discussion board password, change it.

Actually better safe than sorry - change both.

Lobo or Velvett - - q question about EF.com encrypted email - - is there a way to send from here to outside encrypted email addresses? so far, if people don't have an EF email address, I can't send to them. I hate going to a regular IPS email account to send... even if their side is encrypted. suggestions?

Well, I've not heard the term "macros enabled e-mail address" before, but I think what she's referring to are those accounts that allow you to run macro attachments automatically, like accunts configured through Outlook Express.

BTW, a macro is a mini-program of sorts that runs on your machine. Could be something harmless or it could be a virus/trojan horse.

Velvett, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here.
