Please over look my bulk i just started/critique..please

Here is what i have come up with.
Meal 1: 7 egg whites 3 whole 1c oats ½ banana 189+199+300+52=740 cals
Carbs:27+27+13 pro 50g
Meal 2: 8 oz chicken 1c sweet potato 180+400=580 cals
Carbs: 42g pro;44g
Meal 3: 8 oz tilapia 1c brown rice 216+220=436cals
Carbs:45g pro: 50g
Meal4: 8 oz sirloin 1c sweet potato 180+420=600cals
Carbs; 42g pro: 56g
Meal 5: 8 oz chicken 1c brown rice 216+400=616cals
Carbs:45g pro: 44g
Meal 6:7 egg whites 3 whole eggs 2tbsp natty pb 189+199+190=578 cals
Cals: 4000 PWO SHAKE 440cals 60g carb 50g pro(this is included with overall calories)

Meals 2-6 1c green veggie
Carbs;310
Pro:300
Some days 1c of greek yogurt/1scoop whey which adds 50g pro and 230 cals
Usually a natty pb sandwhich on wheat before bed
Supplements; Fish oils, bcaa’s, muliti- V, Potassium, Milk Thistle, Vit B6, Vit B12
 
TYP0: I also add 1/2c oats to meal 6 which adds 30g carbs on the days total + 150 cals

sorry another typo: forgot to add in rice and peanut butter for protein. This brings protein up to around 325-335g.
 
This is crazy another fucking TYPO: i forgot to add in my protein for meal 6 so my total protein is 362g
 
no just a clean bulk. Was looking for some input on where to add some calories.. i know i need more.- granted i don't do traditional bulks where you accumalate tons of fat along with the mass. i want it as clean as possible. Some body fat gain is ok.....not 5%
 
cycle is 1000mg test e ew, 600eq ew 75tren ace ed, 100mg winni ed 1-6weeks then back in week 10.
i get good clean gains from 100mg of winni. Starting weight is 208 at a rough 10-10.5%
 
yea i was thinking maybe a teaspoon of coconut oil to meals 2-5 and a piece of ezekial bread for meals 1-5. That would be an extra45g carbs roughly and around 600 extra cals.
 
So where's ur workout? I cant tell based on ur schedule, maybe between meals 5 and 6?
yeah some more nuts is a good idea bro, i'm cutting and i still eat a can of mixed nuts a day, just not i stay away from them in the evening. and thats a lot of sauce you gotta do some before and after picks.
