getting ready to do 10 week cycle of test 500mgs a week and winny to start week 7 at 50mg everyday goal is to gain about 20 lbs but be ripped. my stats are 29 years old 164lbs 5'9 dont know body fat but it is not much att all. can anyone give me a sample diet to go along with this cycle and my goals any help would be greatly appreciated thanx
 
First my I have to say you should gain more natty before hitting the sauce. 165@ 5'9 you should have a lot of natural growth left. Its pointless to juice now thats why people are hesitant to help. If your going to do it anyway then try this:

try 40/35/25 (carbs/protein/fats) for 6 meals/day

2 grms of protein per lb of bodyweight. from lean sources
1.5 gal water/day

for carbs use yams, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta etc

Figure a diet from this, post it up and I'll tweak it from there.

Bro, research never hurted anybody... coming along with 20 posts and saying: "You all, give me a complete diet now", without even hinting at what you eat now or what alternatives you have already looked will not get you far.

Is this how you came along that cycle too?
