I am getting really frusterated. I have been working out for 4 years now and it seems every thing has come to a hault. Does anyone have a program to give me, I want to get ripped, all I ever get is do lots of reps. My question is reps of what, in what order, on what day.
If anyone can help it would be grately appriciated.
