Please Help me find a diet.

I am 5 11 160lbs. I ahve been eating almost no carbs for a few months but i really havnt been making the gains i was while eating carbs. I want to add bulk and stay lean. What I am looking for is a diet of what to eat and when. Also I need help with my supplements. RIght now I take one Abb Extreme 50 shake right after i finish my workout and right before i go to bed. I am interested in Creatine, Glutamine, HMB and BCAAS. Also are carbs good or bad, and when and how many? I would also like info on hydroxycut and ripped fuel, i have heard these help but somone told me that they also burn muscle. Please help, thanks.

Sounds like your asking to be spoon fed...

I think you place to much importance on supps...

Do you track your calories and macronutrient ratios?

i would say try to eat a little about maintenance say 2650-2750 calories a day at 40% protein 30% carbs and fat....try to use low glycemic carbohydrates like oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread and pastas, fruits high in fiber i.e. apples, use high quality protein sources like eggs, chicken, lean red meat, turkey I like a shake that is quality whey protein and some high glycemic carbs you can use creatine maybe 1-3 grams before and after workouts and glutamine 5-10 grams before and after workouts and before you go to bed....HMB is junk in my opinion... BCAAs i hear are decent after workout as they can be absorbed quickly but i have never really used them...Carbs are definatly good and essential if you are interested in putting on size if you tried without them it will be extremely difficult
 
try to keep the 30% fat to healthy fats also like natural peanut butter, olive oil, canola oil, flax seed oil, mayo.....just make sure you arent getting a ton of saturated fats....try fitday.com to help yourself
