I am 5 11 160lbs. I ahve been eating almost no carbs for a few months but i really havnt been making the gains i was while eating carbs. I want to add bulk and stay lean. What I am looking for is a diet of what to eat and when. Also I need help with my supplements. RIght now I take one Abb Extreme 50 shake right after i finish my workout and right before i go to bed. I am interested in Creatine, Glutamine, HMB and BCAAS. Also are carbs good or bad, and when and how many? I would also like info on hydroxycut and ripped fuel, i have heard these help but somone told me that they also burn muscle. Please help, thanks.
