First I just want to say how much I love this website and use it alot but this will be the first time I ever posted.
I could really use everybodys help on this one. I just had a beautiful baby boy about 4 months ago. I can only go to the gym on sundays because the babysitter during the week(at the gym) wont watch him. Why they hire someone who doesnt like kids is beyond me. I dont have any family that lives near by either. What I do have are free weights ,a stair climber and only about 30 mins a day to workout. Thats how long the baby will entertain himself. I weighed in at 173lb when I went in for my c-section and now am back down to 120lb but full of loose skin all over. I've always had a problem with my thighs and ass they are huge and the doctor said my nerves on my lower abs wont grow back until about 6months due to the c-section. My question is can I please get help from all the women to put together a workout rountine using free weights , a stair climber and 30 mins a day to get me back into shape. Please Please Please Help!!!!!
