Please help, injuries.

My lower back has been sored from deadlift for 5 months now, I haven't see a doctor, I thought it would be better by time, but I was wrong. I always have a tight feeling in my lower back, and I find it annoying and makes me scared of standing and lifting heavy weight like barbell curl, barbell row.

I also went to a doctor 4 years ago for consultation about my right wrist. He said it just imflamation and gave me drugs. But now it still movable a little bit and when I press it, I hear crack sound. I'm not sure if my tendon is tear? I also took some joint recover products from Dymatize, but it didn't help.

My right knee also has ACL injury from playing basketball, but it has been 6 years now. I think I have recovered for 80% .

When I was a kid, I really like to have a soft drink for atleast once a day everyday for many years until I get really fat and then I started working out, I still remember a day when I took 7 cans of coca-cola. Is this the possible cause that weaken my tendon?

If my tendon is weaker than average person, what should I do to improve them?

Bro you already know the answer, you need to see a dr. Lower back is serious. 5 months is a long time that's beyond sore sounds like an injury. Not to spec but that's why form is important. It may be simple phys therapy that'll help you. But you will not know unless you see a dr. Good luck bro
