please help and advise 1st timer on 1st cycle!

Hi there
Ive been training and getting my diet right now for 18 months and ive already lot 77lbs and seen massive changes in overall shape but ive hit a wall and want to kick on to next level.

Please advise, i'm just about to start my first ever cycle!!
My stats:
34 yr old male
6" 259lbs 26% bf
bench 390lbs
deadlift 410lbs
diet - clean 2800 kcal per day high protein low carb
training - cardio 45mins mon-fri
weights - 1.5-2hrs tues,thurs,sat

Supplements:
Protein whey
creatine
superpump max
CLA
ZMA
tribalus
multi vits & 1000mg vit c
milk thistle
omega 3,6 &9
l-glutamine

the cycle im thinking of is test e 250, anavar 50mg, t3 & nolva for 8 weeks but not sure of doses, was thinking something like:

test e 500mg weekly (250mg mon/250mg thurs)
anavar 100mg e/d
t3 12.5 mg e/d
Nolva 20mg e/d (continued for 2 weeks after cycle)

please advise all help greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Body fat is too high to be using anabolics.

Do cardio, more cardio and even more cardio along with a clean diet and watch that fat melt off.

Congrats on losing 77 pounds but there's no reason why u can't lose more with cardio and diet.

Bodyfat to high
Var dose is crazy high
Running 3 compounds on your first cycle is just stupid

I appreciate the feed back, I'm aware that my body fat is considered too high by most to be starting anabolics but that aside if i took out the t3 and reduced the anavar to 75mg would this be a better 1st cycle??
Also body fat level is why I was considering taking nolva throughout cycle and not just for pct would this help or have I been mis-informed? if so would anything help if I did choose to proceed with a cycle
 
you have a lot of work left before you should start doing any of these things that you are throwing out there... i admire your effort and the weight you have lost and it is great that you want to continue moving forward, but you need to get down to 15% body fat at the very least before you start any cycle... your dosings are very out of whack as well, and running 3 on your first cycle is not a good idea at all man... your heart is in the right place but your mind is not... at the very least, get your body fat down and then come back and i would be happy to set you up a cycle...
 
great job so far but again roids are not for you at this point.. it is very dangerous to cycle when you are at or above 25% bf

what is your diet like? do you do any refeeds or have you taken any breaks? if not take 2-3 days and eat about 20% above maintenance calories and make sure you get some good carbs and fats in those days..

then go back and hit it hard again.. adjust your calories lower if necessary... i mean after losing 77lbs you probably are burning a lot less cals throughout the day.

just save that 1st cycle when you reach a goal of 15% .. its not that far off.. the hard part is over!

OP bro, nobody is going to give you the green light with body fat that high. No matter how much you adjust the dosages. You must do some cardio and get it down, or else anabolic steroids are dangerous.

Plus, all the sides fester in body fat, which will turn you into an acne/gyno petri dish. Not worth the hassle.

If you really want to run steroids, train and do lots of cardio and get your bf% down to around 15%. Then come back!
 
I agree with everyone else on your BF being to high but just for future reference drop the nolva bro and get a real A.I to run during cycle like adex/aromasin/forma
