has anyone used winny to drop BF and maintain their already existing muscle? i know its not a fat burner and shouldnt be used for it, but has anyone dropped a significant amount of bodyfat while on it? assuming every other aspect is in check for fat loss ... diet, cardio, weight training.

only asking cause im having a hard time here. clen, eca, t3 feel like diet cokes to me.

please dont flame, I KNOW AS DOES NOT BURN FAT!!!! :kaioken:

I don't see why you couldn't do it. Using Winny would theoretically let you train harder and/or recover more quickly, which would translate into a greater calorie expenditure. You really shouldn't be using T3 without AS if you value your lean mass, anyway. :)

My understanding is that what causes so many people to think they can use steroids for cutting is that the steroids help people to retain muscle when they are in a catabolic state.

So they don't necessarily help you lose weight, they just help you not to lose so much muscle as you're slimming down. That's where the common AS as cutting drugs idea/misnomer comes from.

I'm not saying this is so, but this is what I have taken from reading posts here and there. Maybe someone more knowledgable can confirm/ridicule this view?

Or you could check out this thread, where this point is raised:

:)

Just to be clear, though I think we all know this -- you may not see "weight" drop -- because muscle weighs more than fat and you are focusing on a slightly higher protein intake. Also dont' be suprised if you bloat a little on the winny. It sometimes happens, so when you go to assess your results, take all those things into consideration before you panic and think you got "fatter". The better measure is body fat and more just how you think you look in the mirror.

oh yeah, i agree with you 100 %. i rarely weigh myself, once every 2 months maybe. i see progress by my bf percentages and how differently my clothing fits me. i mean, i weigh close to 160lbs now. sounds like a fat cow to a "normal" person. but the 16.3% bf and size 8 jeans is what really matters :elephant:
