Ok here are my stats, 1.78m height, 180pounds dont know the fat but i believe near 13.
I wake up 6 in the morning, go to the office 8, hit the gym 1 o clock, have lunch 2.30, go home around 6 and sleep around 11.
Can someone post me an example diet plan what to eat and when in this time schedule beacuse i am cofused. I am working out 3 times per week, cardio 2 times per week for 1 hour each time.
