Yeeeeeeeehaw...regular season ended today. Time for the good stuff to begin.
Dallas Stars whipped ass all year long and won the Western Conference, but unfortunately Ottawa whipped a little bit more ass and locked the President's Trophy. Star's goalie Marty Turco finished the season with a 1.72 goals against average, best ever in modern day hockey. Hello, Vezina(as long as he doesn't choke in the playoffs). I'm just glad we don't have to face Minnesota first round who have been a problem for us this season. Detroit gets to deal with em.
I predict the Stanley Cup will be making its rounds through various sports bars here all summer long.
