4 months, main goal:
lowering body fat (I think its somewhere near 22-24% at the moment, estimation), I weigh 160lbs, 5'7"

No suppliements, just diet and excercise.

What do you suggest?
 
Anyone? I also want to try to maintain the muscle i have now, though I know it won't be easy when I'm trying to get rid of bf percentage...

I can curl 30lbs 10 times each arm.... not alot I know
 
I would suggest low impact cardio. A bunch of people have said that incline treadmill for a brisk walk is the best. THe idea is to keep it aerobic so you can burn fat.

Ain't no shame in that. Think about it this way, at 160, you are curling close to 19% of your body weight. That pretty good :D At 220 lbs, i would have to curl 42 lbs 10 times to be at your relative strength. I might be able to do that...
