pl cardio

i'm trying to gain as much weight as possible i'm at 155 pounds now and my strength is increasing very rapidly...

HOWEVER, i stopped cardio all together and i want to be a little more in shape...like not be out of breath while playing any type of sport

what are some good cardio ideas that won't make me loose weight\muscle
 
Cardio 3 times aweek is good for me. Did twice last week. I walk 3.4 miles a pop. I really enjoy that. Woul dliek ot hit that twice for sure. I just got home from the gym and did a GPP?AP work and before Jimmie Dean got there i did 20 minutes on the stationary bike.

Walk
ride bike
punch bag (My favorite dont do it enough)! 5 minutes pretty fast paced.
Jump rope 3 minutes then rest 1 minute

I pick things that are fun! The bag is my favorite but dont do it much maybe once a week lightly. But i turn my walkman up and walk away!

I do cardio so i dont feel sluggish , and also i feel it aids in my recovery. It may not, i dont care what research says, i feel it does and i like it!
 
im gonna be adding in cardio 3 x a week in the morning, either jumping rope, stair master, or punching bag, so i can slim down steadily and make weight for my contest in june.. i dont want to have to cut the week before, because i wont be able to use any thermos to give me my energy back.

and besides making me cut weight, it'll make me look nice in a bathing suit lol
 
Sled dragging is a good idea for any strength athlete. You can do some at a slow pace, WSB style, and others at a sprint...
