Turn 20 in Feb. I dieted wrong, as i went from 9%bf at 187 to what u see at 167. Lost 20lbs, shoulda been a lot less.

why do you think it should have been a lot less. that sounds about right to me. most people have to lose atleast 20 lbs per show.
