Pinned the glute

I injected into my left glute with no problems. The next day however, I woke up with a lump in my lower back and its quite painful. Anybody know what this could be and if it will remain ?

probably tissue irritation because of a poor injection

it will take about 10 days to go away.

Sounds like tissue irritation.

Have a hot epsom salt bath tonight
