Hi guys

New here been training for about half a year, 6"6 15.3st.

just looking for advice on how to build my upper chest. I'm doing 4 sets 20 reps on all chest exercises with less weight. Will I benefit from lifting heavier?

All responses appreciated.

Ps. please don't be dicks :p

Welcome to the forum playerh8er! Yes, you will definitely benefit from lifting heavier to build your upper chest. I would start slow by moving to a weight that you can do around 10-12 reps per set. Another thing, I don't know what you start your chest day with, but many begin with flat barbell or dumbbells. But the problem here is that if you always start every session with flat bench exercises, then only do upper and/or lower chest when you're tired, these areas will start to lag.

Also, how often are you lifting chest each week, or rather how many sets are you doing per week? I personally like to stick to a max of 15 chest sets per week.
