Phil Pfister, WSM for 06, flips car on Letterman

Phil won this year's World's Strongest man contest, beating Mariusz Pud (sp? LoL) who was the reigning champ for the last 3 years.

I see Phil packed on some more bodyweight and is sporting some mid-section magic.

I love things like this. Gives a better idea to the general populace that 6 pack abs doesn't equate to herculean strength.

I met Phil a few years ago at an event where he was an announcer. He struck me as a great guy and a total class act. Very well spoken and seemed quite intelligent. Big guy too, radiated strength even among a lot of other very strong people. He does a lot of school tours and motivational stuff geared to kids from what I can gather.
