Personal site on platinum membership

Don;t know if I got the right forum, but I joined the platinum, one of the main reasons I wanted the website. I read in a recent fitness magazine a fitness competitor was posting her workouts to her competition preparation, she was under pressure to do good, Sounded great to me.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM; When I click at the top get my free personal site that comes with the platinum membership, it tells me website cannot display page after I choose my domain name then click on next button.

Can someone direct me?
