I love reaching personal bests. My best squat was 205lbs for 5 reps (3 reps solo and 2 with a slight spot). I am currently working toward a personal best on the bench press. (5 reps with the 55lb dumbbells). My goal is 8 reps with the 55's. I did 11 reps with the 45's yesterday.
It is a very satisfying feeling! I'm not done yet though. Goal is too ultimately do twice my body weight in this routine. It's a stretch but doable! 345 is in my sights. 320 felt pretty good. Felt like 7 was possible. But I didn't want to break form so I did 6.
