I was interested in how a periodistaion program for HYPERTROPHY would be layed out during my next cycle? In the near future i am starting a 10 week cycle test e/dbol/deca/eq/mast cycle. I really wanted to change things up during cycle and shock the muscles and get the best possible results.
I was thinking 4 weeks of 5-6 rep range high intensity low volume, 4 weeks 8-12 rep range, then 4 weeks 12-15 rep range low intensity/high volume
What are some of you experienced bros thoughts?
I wanted to bulk and stay the same bf at first then cut some bf at the back end of cycle, thats why i was gonna throw in the masteron for last 6 weeks
