Perfect Diet

My Friend,

I do no think there is a perfect diet out there, but there are surely very good once to come by: here are some examples:
33%protein/33%carbs/33%fat...isocaloric
50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat...Mr.X's version
CKD---(cyclo-ketonic) Ketosis/Carb-Up
Read my CKD manuel, I am sure you will find some answers there:

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

meal 1: 10 eggwhites, one yolk and two pieces of wheat toast.

meal 2: Protein shake, apple

meal 3: Tuna sand. fat free mayo, and chicken breast.

meal 4: Protein bar, trkey burger from costco( 24 g's of [protein, no carbs, 3gramns of fat. Tastes great)

meal 5: Chicken stir fry, salad.

Well this is my diet. Seems kind of minimal, but im working on it,

Cheeta...that diet sucks and tells everybody absolutly NOTHING....SO FUCKING VAGUE!

perfect diet

Remember there is no "Perfect Diet" for everyone.

I have found what works for me to cut is 1-1.25g or protein per pound of bodyweight, about .75g of carbs per pound of bodyweight, and minimal fat... You will know when your body needs fat... I keep it very low until I feel my cravings to eat intensify, then I have some flank steak or an egg yolk or two... then get back to the lower fat.

As for protein, the lower fat sources are always best... For carbs, I only eat (contest) oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and brown rice...

I hope this helps, and remember you need to get to know how your body responds individually...
