Hello Rob, IGF-1 LR3 can help out and is what really effects lipids. Plus it does harden and grow muscles. I think the hardening effect is where it counts on your part and workout (aka lower weight more reps). Word of warning I think certain Peptides (not specifically IGF-1 LR3) really do mess with insulin levels and can cause diabetes from my current understanding. So remember, all in moderation. Personally I think that combining isn't something to start off with. Let's see if we get more opinions.
