Pecs Are Pissing Me Off!!!!

Hey all, I have been lifting for a few years now, and I am very determined to get big and cut as well.. I am gonna order some anavar(I cant gain much weight because of track) anyways, My pecs seem to be lagging tons.. Im really mad about this, I really want pecs.. I hit them hard, yet nothing.. I want them bad!! Any info would help tons.. Will the anavar give them some size at all??
 
will make sure you are not overtraining them...do this flay flys 3 sets....then flat press 3 sets...then incline flys 3 sets then incline press 2-3 sets.....and after that hit dumbel pullovers with heavy weight for 8-12 reps about 2-3 sets is good......
 
oh yea sometimes do inclines first then flat mix it up every week..but flys before pressing...and at the end the dumbel pullovers
 
Position

Do you feel your chest exercises more in your triceps? If so, you just need to adjust your position for chest exercises. Stick out your sternum, tuck your shoulders back and under ... this will force the pecs to do the work rather than letting the tris do it all.

This helped me hugely; I had the same problem some years ago. Now chest is one of my best bodyparts.

Ya I think that is my problem, Like on bench i dont really feel it in my pecs much.. so I think that is my problem.. Ill try it out tomorrow in the gym.. thanks..
 
sorry, I do bench, incline, decline, dumbell press, crossovers.. Thats usually what it is, but I sometimes take stuff out and do a different exersice.. I dunno why but I dont feel it when I do dumbells for some reason, Some times I do and some times I dont.. anymore help??
 
I had the same problem, and i started using dumbells. I know everyone says that, but it was really simple. BE SURE to keep your elbows back when doing them. This will make a world of difference. I did this and i also started doing them with my feet off the bench. Its important to really go slow and contract the muscles at the top and make sure to keep those elbows back and don't let them point down towards your legs, keep them flared out. This will definitely get your pecs working. Hope this helps, it helped me.
 
i have a big ass chest, but smaller arms..pisses me off....bro thing that got my chest big in highshool was lift as heavy as you can, do butterfly 3 sets of 10-15, flat bench, and incline. Anything after those 3 just variate every 2 weeks. Variation is the key, but don't forget the fundamental excersises. Lift till you die. oh yea, and Eat! Try creatine with the anavar and at least 300gms of protein
