Does anyone throw down some peanuts or peanut butter and then hit the sack at night? I've been doing this for weeks with my protein shake and haven't gained a lb......got wayyy to skinny during my cutting cycle and trying to pack it back on....thought this would do it.......I'm talking 3-4 nice handfuls of shelled nuts, huge shake, some veggies with ff southwestern dip....actually in bed while watching the game(s)....thoughts?
