Peanut Butter question

I just bought some natural peanut butter. I currently am 5'7 and weigh like 130, so i need to bulk up. I am still kind of flabby, but i will cut later, i weigh so little since i went on a diet from 162, and now i am down to 130. How much PB should i eat a day to help me gain muscle weight? Like 1 or 2 tablespoons?

You need to start working out with heavy weights and eating quality protein like beef, chkn, tuna, eggs, also eat complex carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, and yams.
 
Im with Vshape on this, you need to concentrate on building your foundation man.
Try to hit a predetermined calorie total by eating 5-6 times during the day with your meals consisting of a complex carb and protein. DO it day in and day out with a solid training plan.
 
Even though my weight is very low, i probably have a little more body fat than i should. My stomach is still far from flat, but i really don't want to way any less, otherwise i will be as light as a woman. What do you guys think i should do to flatten out my stomach? BTW i went from 162 to 129 from my diet.
