I just bought some natural peanut butter. I currently am 5'7 and weigh like 130, so i need to bulk up. I am still kind of flabby, but i will cut later, i weigh so little since i went on a diet from 162, and now i am down to 130. How much PB should i eat a day to help me gain muscle weight? Like 1 or 2 tablespoons?
