hi guys need some info on pct been on 4 mill ov test ex for 16 weeks ive also had proviron for 5 weeks with some anavar.can some one state the correct dose for hcg and clomid to get me back to normal.??thanks guys

Immeidately after your last test injection, start 500IU/day of HCG for 20 days (10,000IU total). After that take 100mg/day of clomid for 3 weeks. If you want, you can take proviron along with the clomid for libido.

you probably dont need HCG.

clomid alone at 50mg for 3 weeks should be fine.

did you use an AI, during your cycle? if not you should, it will minimize suppression.

agree that some will, but generally not. though then again most people now use AI's as well during cycle (so perhaps the bias of that effect may color reccomendations)

Running HCG durring part of the cycle is the best way to go IMO.

Nyd66, Why so much HCG anyway? Have you tried a lower amount to see if you get the same effect?

I am on hcg all the time. I am on hrt for the rest of my life. I taken 500units every three days. A ten thousand bottle of hcg last me 6 weeks. It is a small price to pay to keep your nuts plump. I dont go with the old school way of pct therapy. To bring your boys back from a long cyclce is to many worries. If not with hcg go with clomid. Also you should be taking a anti estrogen through out the whole cycle. I take 800 mg of test 500 deca 1mg of anastrozole(anti-estrogen) 4ius of growth for five days and 500units of hcg twice a week. I hope that not only helps you but every other person. be safe

you man what kind of test and what was the dose. i always use hcg unless i am just running winstrol, var, or tbol alone.
