I am about to start 600mg primo and 40mg var for ten weeks. I need some advise on how to do my post therapy.

Should I be taking nolva throughout cycle, arimedex,....any input would be appreciated.

No, you don't take nolva while ON CYCLE.

Input is that you need to take a step back ward and make sure you do this the proper/healthy way.

you use an AI on cycle only if you are using an aromatizing compound

I'd also like to hear something about you first. Training history, stats, age and so forth.

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…
