Pct Help w Timing

Hey guys! I'm confused on when to start my pct. The cyp being a long ester is where my confusion starts. Do I stop my cycle completely then wait 3 weeks for cyp to work its way out? The start pct? Or start using hcg clomid now?

Presently on
Test C 100 mg ev 5 days
Tren A 40 mg a day
Mast A 4m mg a day
Cabaser 1 mg a week

When do I start Hcg and how much?
Should I continue cabser? how long?
When do I start nolv and clomid? how much?
When do I start usuing test rx 17? how long mow much?
