well, it would help if we knew what ester of tren you were using

If it was tren ace, a few days. If it was tren e, may be 2 weeks. If it was parabolan, it's gonna be a while...

multiply the half life of the ester by 5 and that gives you an estimate of how long it will take to be out of your system

tren gives you mood swings due to the high androgens, the PGF2A inflammation, and the effects it has on dopamine. this is why we say you shouldn't use it unless you are truly ready
