Hey guys, so just finished 10 week Test-E cycle of 500mg per week. Got some great strength gains. I have 2 questions regarding PCT. Plan is to use Clomid and Nolva after 2 week clearing out period at 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20 for Clom/Nolv respectively. Is that sufficient? I've seen sooooo many different opinions on this so I'm struggling to come to a definite conclusion.
Secondly, in regards to diet at training, what should I be doing? Do i keep calories high throughout PCT? and if so how much over maintenance?
Also, training, i understand intensity needs to be kept high but do i just lower sets or reps or?.....
Any help is much appreciated?
