There is no rest/offeseaon? Kidding.........good posts......so, since we are "telling all"....what's everyome diet like? Strict? Mass? Cutting? The way I see it, why cut if it's not precontest......seriously, think about it. Anybody can be skinny and show the 6.......the mens' health look....just watch survivor......but to be big and massive is well.......a natural high that few can attain...now, don't get me wrong, anybody can also be a lard ass, but massive and decently lean, is definitely the drink of choice.....

I'm 190 lbs. and not nearly as hard as I was before my injury. Now I'm coming back and just looking to maintain 190 lbs. but harden it up entirely.

I am eating to maintain my weight or gain just a little. I agree that for the most part I'm all about thickness. I don't care so much about being cut as I'm all hairy to begin with and besided my body naturally doesn't maintain that Brad Pitt look. Whenever we see Stallone, Walhberg or Diesel in a movie you can bet they bulked up and then cut up and maintained it for the movie. Then they all get soft again.

Here is my diet everyday. I'm slowly getting leaner while maintaining my weight.

Oatmeal, GrapeNuts, raisins, nuts & 1% milk.
Chicken and rice or tuna on whole wheat or salmon and rice
2 whole eggs and a cup of milk
Chicken, rice, vegetable and an apple
1 Myoplex with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (all natural)
