IM LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE THAT HAS TRIED PAPERVAR. WHAT KIND OF STRENGTH GAINS DOES IT PRODUCE, AND DID IT HELP REDUCE BODY FAT? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT

From the testing we've done, papervar tends to be a little overdosed so you will definitely get a kick from it. Var isn't a fat loss product, so I think your bodyfat loss is going to be driven by your diet & training.

What is your goal in using it?

my goal is to gain muscle strength/mass. im 509 165 and i would consider myself pretty strong already. my only real problem area is my stomach, too much fat ! thanks

Abs are all about the diet. You can't spot reduce so its all about the diet. Some people tend to collect the fat in certain places such that you can be lean in most areas but just have those trouble spots. Generally your better bet is to maybe tweak your diet & training. Don't get involved in controlled substances because they aren't "weightloss pills". You can "bulk" or "cut" on the same AAS, based on the diet that you pursue. The AAS would help increase your strength, your ability to push harder and also recover faster so you can continue pushing harder. You might also bulk up (get "bigger") with the muscle gain as well and some people retain water on various AAS. So back to the diet & training. THat is the easiest (and cheapest and legal) way to start.

What is your current diet & training regimen?

As Sassy said, diet will ultimately get you the results you want. Plus, AAS often has some VERY serious side effects, especially for the un-informed and impatient. AAS has it's place in physique enhancement, but should be used last (if ever).

Post up the deit and training - bet we can tweak that to help give some major results!
