Papaya Enzyme and other Enzymes

Recently bought chicken and meat treated with Papaya enzyme and marinated in herbs and sealed in a vacume bag for a couple of week at least.

I can honestly say I have never had a more nutritious set of meat.

It felt as if my body was deriving health benifits as soon as I ate it.

So I wonder is there any place we can buy the raw enymes to add to our meat our selves?

Just checking. Papaya Enzyme broke the food down some. I generally use bromelain or pepsin for my digestive enzymes , but papain will work just fine

Adolfo's meat tenderizer has papaya in it, if you can find it, papaya helps with the digestion of proteins.
