LOL!! i thought i'd never see the day!
i don't have a clue if i have gained any weight... perhaps i need to buy a scale for my apt... but i know my hips are bigger and my thighs are bigger in my pants...
i can't decide if my hips are bigger because i need cardio or if they should be bigger...
i'm thinking of adding in a day of cardio/wk... maybe an ECA stack?
what do you guys think?
