Painful Lump in Nipple Already...

I am 2 weeks into my cycle and already I have a painful lump in my nipple and I am taking .5mg Arimidex EOD and only 25mg ED of DBOL. I cant even start my Test E because my syringes are not here yet and I am not sure what to do. I started doing .5mg ED of the arimidex so hopefully this will fix it without having to drop the dbol until my syringes get in. I have done 3 cycles of dbol only in the past with no AI and never had any issue's with the nipples. Anyone with some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Using pharmacom labs dont know if that will help.

Your AI,,,ARIMIDEX should be controlling it. The only way to know for sure whats going on is blood work.
