P+F meal ideas

Need some decent P+F meal ideas that are uber healthy

I'm kinda getting sick of Flax and Whey or Grilled Salmon and salad/veggies

need to spice things up a bit :)

Any ideas?
 
Mix some lemon juice with olive oil and sprinkle it over grilled chicken breast and/or over your vegetables. Amazing taste!
 
Whitefish (any kind) and homemade tartar sauce(smart balance mayo, lemon juice and relish).

Steak with melted cheese on top.

Stir fry some lean meat(chicken is great) in a little canola oil, add some veggies and a handful of nuts.

Broil shrimp or lobster if you're feeling rich and dip into some melted butter(smart balance) with garlic powder. Have some steak with it to up the protein.

I personally don't bother getting that fancy most of the time. I usually just have a chicken breast and scoop of natural peanut butter for my snacks at work. Sometimes for dinner I'll have some steak or chicken with a bowl of green beans topped with some smart balance butter.
 
One of my favorite P+F meals is chicken with a spicy peanut sauce.

Just mix together peanut butter, a little soy sauce, chopped up green onion, little sugar and salt, tiny bit of rice-wine vinegar, and either some chopped up chili peppers or chili powder to make the sauce.
Grill up some chicken breasts and then brush them with the sauce for the last minute or two of cooking. Keep some of the sauce to use for dipping.

And you have yourself a delicious and healthy source of protein and fat. :p Yum!
 
sounds good sparkle! I'll substitute the sugar for splenda though ;)

I make salmon and chicken terriyaki with the splenda instead of sugar haha
