Oxycalm question

Just got my Anafit order in today. I got to say they are on point with their delivering. 3 days is what it took for me to get my order so props to them for always being on point. My question is, when should I use the Oxycalm? Before bed, in the morning, what about on workout days etc...

Most people just take a hit during the day when they get tense or want to relax. I also found the immune system boost to be very helpful. Everyone around me was getting a flu that's going around and I felt it coming on when I got back from the Arnold on Monday. Oxytocin stopped it and the ill feeling within an hour.
