How to decrease carbs wisely? Switching from Mr.X bulking program to a cutting phase. I would like to know how many calories from protein/fat/carbs should I decrease per week without shoking my body? THANKS

P.S: Mr.X bulking program is THE BEST! I get almost no fat for the frist time on a bulking cycle!!! THANKS Mr.X

I would suggest a 10% cut down every 3 days in caloric intake, keeping to balanced ratios of 40%protein/30%c/30%f.

For example, if you're doing 5000 cal now, for the next 3 days you do 4500 cal (5000*90%), for 3 days after that you do 4050 (4500*90%) and so on. Make sure you dont' go below weight x 12 for now


P.S: Mr.X bulking program is THE BEST! I get almost no fat for the frist time on a bulking cycle!!! THANKS Mr.X good to hear, I hope everyone enjoys my bulking up manuals

When should I stop subtracting 10% every third day? Im 190lbs
I'd like to start a low carb diet and I did in the past with very good results...I was eating carbs only pre/postworkout and postworkout meal but that was last year when I was a student but now Im working from 7AM to 7PM on a meat store and its an intense job. I think that doing a low carb diet while working for 10hours standing up on a meat store wouldnt be a good idea, right? Mr. X it would be ok to have 25gr of carbs on every meal? Do u believe that fats and complex carbs are a bad mix even while cutting? I workout at 8:30PM so if I follow a low carb diet all my carbs for the day will be consumed at night...is that a problem? Once again, THANKS!!!

I would suggest not going under weight x 12 (2280)

yeah, it wouldn't be that good of an idea: I think a balanced diet like 40%p/30%c/30%f woud be ideal

if it fits your ratios, yes

depending on the types of fats/carbs, if low-gi and EFA/Monosat it's fine
I workout at 8:30PM so if I follow a low carb diet all my carbs for the day will be consumed at night...is that a problem? have some carbs in the morning, don't just do everything at night

Mr.X I followed every step of your bulking program and I already said that I got awesome results! Mass gain with minimun fat gain. I work in a meat store so I can get myself all the lean parts of beef, chicken, pork, turkey, lamb etc
So in all my meal I had lean beef, sweet potato and flax oil. Im using dostinex so I didnt cheat once!
