Hey guys - has anyone ever had problems with overtraining syndrome. I'm a middle distance runner and have been bad for about 6 months with low energy, poor appetite, poor sleep, eyelid twitching, etc. I really want to get back to a training-able state, but it's tough. Has anyone got any tips? I was thinking of uping my testosterone levels to try and counter any raised cortisol...
