Whenever I start to cut, things go great and I have a lot of success until I get to a certain point. That point,"Everytime" is at about 10% body fat. Everytime I get to around that % I get stumped. It feels like my body is starving and my energy goes to crap. My will power also goes down the drain. Anyone have any ideas on how to get over the hump. I do not compete so I don't have any real serious reasons to get down to 6-8%.
Any Idea's?
For reference my diet consists of the usual 5-6 meals a day,
about 30g. protein, 20g. carbs, and 5g fat per meal. Usually around 1500-1600 calories a day.
