Nope, I'm not tough... I'm juth THTUBBORN and THTOOPID!
After having my 4th child in 5 years I would wake to nurse the baby for her 5AM feeding, eat my own eggs and oatmeal while I held and fed her, change her, put her back down to sleep, get to the gym to train then be home to nurse her again by 7AM because there was NO WAY IN HELL I was going to *allow* my body to *accept* the "damages of motherhood."
... but that was when I wore a much younger skin. LOL
I had a bone density scan several months back and the doc said that I didn't have osteoperosis... YET but my bones are not nearly as dense as they should be for a woman my age, especially my pelvis and lower back. So in addition to all the supplements I must take, I take tremendous care now with my choice of activity, weight and movements... last thing I need is stress fractures or serious injury to my back or hips.
Yup, doing all that dumbshit back in the day has REALLY taught me well.
