OTC fatburners...

Hi ladies wanted to talk to you all about OTC (over the counter) fat burners I have tried many so I thought I would share my opinions with you. I would like to preface this with the fact that if you do not have a good solid diet in place no fat burners legal or otherwise will do very little if anything at all. They are in fact not a miracle pills at the best there will be 10% increase in the overall fat that you burn.

ALRI Venom Hyperdrive 3.0, 90 Capsules - $31.95 : Orbit Nutrition I will start with my favourite for the past 2 years. This not only significantly raised my body temperature significantly it also dramatically reduced my appetite. This had me sweating hours after workouts which helped me also increase my water intake cause to cool myself I constantly drink water on it. Another big bonus is that this does not bother my stomach when empty (first thing in the morning) a lot of fat burners will make me feel pukey on an empty stomach. I am a big fan of ALRI product I also tried thereALRI Venom Lean Dreams, 60 Tablets - $31.95 : Orbit Nutrition which is a night time fat burner which also helps you sleep. I got it in the ALRI Venom Tri-Lean System, 3 Bottles Kit ALRI Venom Tri-Lean System, 3 Bottles Kit [] - $96.95 : Orbit Nutrition package which is a great savings and also offers up an excellent 3rd product Special Tactics. Lastly I have tried the ALRI Thyrogen T-X, 90 Capsules - $26.95 : Orbit Nutrition which also found a great supplement offseason when I was not taking T3. There is a new product form ALRI ALRI Poison, 30 Dual Release Tablets - $32.95 : Orbit Nutrition that I want to test out I will let you know how it compares to venom when I get it.

Another product I am a big fan of is Nutrex Lipo 6X, 120 Multi-Phase Capsules - $29.95 : Orbit Nutrition with Yohimbine HCl it has the added bonus of making you frisky which is always nice. Also Yohimbine is a great ingredient for use ladies as it focuses on estrogen fat stores (legs, hips and butt). The synephrine also helps kill appettie which is always great first thing in the morning.

yeah I like lipo 6 quite a bit too

the only thing I've always wondered was I was taking it two years ago and had wildly low tsh numbers <.5

but then I have a whacked thyroid...so who knows if it was just cooincidence?

Another good natural OTC fat burner is Project Iron Angel - with yohimbe and green tea. It is what I used this past summer to prep for my wedding and a photo shoot (avi) I discovered it after having a terrible time losing fat in my butt and thighs. My upper body was at 5% body fat and my lower at 18%!! I used it for a little under 5 weeks with fasted cardio and got my lower body fat down to 13%. I didn't want any chemicals in my body and everything else on the market had tons.

I know Orbit and Omega have some powerful stuff too. I'd prefer these over anything you buy at Walmart.

I have a high stimulant threshold and yeah...I felt a little cracked out on it

You may really like Lipostim3 if you don't want to feel like a crackhead. It is caffeine free, but gives you a nice boost of energy. You feel pumped up, but it's not so strong that you feel like you are crawling out of your skin. I suffer from anxiety sometimes so me being able to take these on a daily basis says a lot.

How late in the day can you take it and still sleep. I have to cut off caffine around 3-4 beable to sleep at about 10 I hit the gym around 6 at night would love to take something like before that and still be able to sleep.
