I just got back from a place called Moxies.

It's a restauraunt chain, you may have one in your area or you may not, but I encourage y'all to go to one if you have one.

I just had a 10oz marinated steak w/ baked potatoe and green beans.

Holy shit!!!! Amazing Taste. And it was pretty good for me too!!!

Im gonna start adding steak to my weekly grocery store visit.

Butchers know how to get the best part of the meat while u watch them doing the work. Supermarkets meat department SUCKS!

Not to bust anyone's high, but read a book called "Fast Food Nation." It's a non-fiction book about the meat and food industry. I promise you that you will never eat a steak again after reading it.
