has to do with what they feed the animals and where the animals are raised. a cow that eats grass and is out on a field getting sunshine will be much healthier and taste better than a cow walking around in its own shit in a barn and eating slop.
the people who say it doesn't make a difference are ignorant. we have been eating organic for 2M years. conventional foods didn't even start getting produced until the 70's and 80's when farmers started using chemicals that were used during war. the change in our food quality has coincided with the rise in cancer and other diseases. not to mention the damage pesticides and hormones do to our waterways and oceans.

Well for a start they get fed better. Try wild game Venison compared to farm grown - another level again.
